## Product facts

- Release status: private preview; Mac App Store release in preparation. No public App Store download is available yet. The planned app is free, with no subscription or in-app purchases.
- Requirements: Apple silicon Mac, macOS 13 or later, and a Solarcycle Morph desk lamp already registered in MyDyson.
- Setup: a Dyson account and an internet connection are needed once to retrieve the lamp key directly from Dyson. The app does not save the Dyson password or temporary sign-in tokens permanently.
- Everyday control: local Bluetooth, with the lamp key in the macOS Keychain. No Morph Control server, account, advertising or analytics SDK is used for lamp control.
- Controls: power, brightness, white colour temperature, presets, daylight tracking, automatic brightness, motion detection options and Morph / Party light effects. The lamp does not provide RGB colour effects.
- Optional Mac startup/wake/sleep light sync is best effort. macOS can interrupt a command during sleep or shutdown.
- Languages: German and English, with a System / Deutsch / English selector in the app.
- Independence: no confirmed Dyson partnership or endorsement. Product scenes are AI-generated illustrations, not manufacturer photographs.
