If your lamp cannot be found

Check Bluetooth, the lamp’s power supply and range. Close MyDyson or release its active connection. Open the Morph Control panel again and choose Connect if needed. A connection deliberately released by you stays paused until you reconnect.

After wake or unexpected disconnection, the app uses a limited reconnect budget. There is usually no need to delete setup immediately. If pressing the lamp’s power button helps, include that detail in your message; it does not by itself establish the exact cause.

Using MyDyson

In Morph Control, choose More actions → Release connection. Your stored pairing is retained. Choose Connect to resume Mac control.
